Terms & Conditions

All swimming classes are conducted in groups.

The number of swimmers in each group may vary depending on the age category and skill level of the students.

Group sizes are carefully managed to ensure quality instruction and safety.

Requests for one-on-one (private) sessions are available and will be charged at a different rate.

Private sessions are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.

Skill Club Academy reserves the right to modify the class day, time, or group allocation if necessary for operational or scheduling reasons.

Skill Club Academy reserves the right to change or reassign coaches for any student when required.

In the event a student's regular coach is absent, Skill Club Academy will provide an alternative qualified coach for that particular day or session.

When a swimmer is promoted to a higher level, Skill Club Academy reserves the right to assign a new coach if the swimmer’s previous coach does not conduct sessions for the next level.

Parents are requested to understand that coach assignments are based on level expertise, and the academy cannot guarantee the same coach across different levels.

Any changes will be communicated to parents/students wherever possible in advance
